‘No Deposits’ required on our rental properties

Here at Ascot Property Group we fully understand that moving home can be an expensive process, the average property company or letting agent will charge up to 3 months rent plus their administration charge to move in (One Month’s rent + two months rents as deposit), which can easily mount up making it financially difficult to cover the cost of all of your moving needs.

Because of this we have decided to change our requirements for any tenant moving into one of our properties and are therefore no longer taking any deposits, allowing you to use this money on the things that matter to you.
